Research done on the structure of the Human Brain revealed that the decision making centers were directly connected to the emotional centers, where as
the logical/rational centers of the brain were not.
This for me falls under the "Duh! Ya THINK?" catagory of scientific revelations.
Obviously when looking at the situation on Earth most decisions made by thse in power are not based on reason, logic or even compassion.

This Tribe is for those who believe it's possibe or at least nessary to forge a culture and philosophy for the people of Earth.

It's not as if we have to "start from scratch." An expression derived from baking I believe.
